OFFICECase – Case Management
OFFICECase is a cost effective, robust case management software incorporating the complete needs of the front office including time recording, document production, automated forms, billing along with a fee earner desktop and management reports can be run independent of your accounts software or if you require an integrated solution simply add STRONGBox SME.
Integration with Microsoft Word automates the production of your documents and letters, the integration process with our forms is unique as OFFICECase is based on our PRINTAForm software therefore any amendments and new forms are automatically updated using our Secure Updating Service, a few examples of the completed forms from our timesheet are the 5144, CDS11 and private bills, other forms where information is automatically input from the database or typed on screen are Form E, IHT Forms, SDLT Forms.
Workflow precedents are available for most work types with Purchase, Sale, Remortgage, Matrimonial, Personal injury, Debt, Criminal and Civil LSC being just an example and this helps control the flow of procedures for each case, all items are kept as a case history for a complete diary of events and the key date facilities assist lawyers keeping to time scales and not miss critical dates.
The Workflow, Key Dates, and Case History can all be output to html in order for this information to be e-mailed to the client and other parties, keeping them aware of the progress of cases or if you prefer the Key Dates information can be output to our secure web server for near real-time viewing by your client or provider using the E-Case module.
The software has been kept very simple, requiring very little training, therefore the time to implement is a matter of weeks. We now have approximately 1500 users.
STRONGBox – Accounts
STRONGBox has been in the legal market for over 20 years and was one of the first systems to be approved by the law society in its original format. Specifically designed for the smaller practice the latest version is driven by Microsoft SQL Server enabling the software to meet the needs of the medium sized firm at a very cost effective price.
STRONGBox incorporates exceedingly easy to use Legal Accounts with extensive reporting facilities and database functions that meet the needs of the accounts department, either stand alone, networked or linked to case management if needed, this enables the system to be kept robust, small and unaffected by changes in the law whilst having the same features found in more costly systems.
STRONGBox is now installed in over 500 practices and is still as robust, reliable and well proven as it always was, the system was developed to reduce the time spent on training and implementation, therefore providing a solution at a fraction of the price you would expect to pay.
