The independent User Group has always played a fundamental role in shaping our future. Clients are encouraged to have a voice, with their ideas being channelled though a variety of sources including the On-Line Support Forums and of course the User Group. Having established a core of regular attendees, the local User Group meetings have proved popular and a fifth group was established this year following demand from users in the South West. This popularity extend to the two day User Group Conference which is held in November and with a variety of speakers from the field, topical workshops and product discussion, it’s not to be missed.

The Partner for Windows suite offers a comprehensive range of modules making it the ultimate practice and case management software solution for a modern legal practice. In terms of scope and functionality, Partner for Windows is unmatched; incorporating all of the key features required in today’s ever-changing legal profession. The suite includes accounting, case and document management and of course, time recording and billing. Whilst the system has been continually evolving throughout this time, in accordance with changes to the legal market and client input, one aspect of TFB’s approach has remained consistent; to deliver the highest quality integrated solutions to the legal profession.

Another facet of Partner for Windows is its Small Practice Edition. The thinking behind SPE is very simple. If Partner for Windows can be used by medium to large firms throughout the UK and beyond why not make the system available for very small firms; especially those that only want or need a single user accounts or case management system. SPE is designed to do just that.

TFB recognises that price and performance are important for all solicitors and this is just as true for small firms as it is for international practices. SPE is priced very competitively but not at the expense of performance or functionality. In fact SPE does everything that a standard installation of Partner for Windows does, at a fraction of the cost. Many firms say that they are concerned that the initial price quoted suddenly increases significantly the ‘hidden’ extras are factored in. SPE is different, our price list is published and we do not deviate from it. Furthermore, TFB’s commitment to the smaller end of the market has been demonstrated in its development of the company’s website which offers an online SPE store. New customers can log in and produce their own quote in only five simple steps, making the product even more readily accessible.

The Partner Program
