Roy Marshall
Roy worked in the airline industry, mainly on the Customer Service side, for more than 40 years. Most of his career was working overseas for British Caledonian and British Airways. In 1996, BA posted him to Mumbai to setup and manage WNS, one of the leading BPO companies moving over 2000 FTE’s to Mumbai without loss of jobs in the UK.

Kesh Sharma
Kesh began his career with Andersen Consulting, and then moved on to form a niche technology consultancy specialising in ERP implementations, where he developed an in depth knowledge of the Financial Services Sector. Kesh subsequently went onto found Magellan and Kesh has specific expertise within the Insurance arena (both General and Life), Banking and Legal Services and has extensive experience in managing outsourcing projects and overseeing change programmes for large organisations.

Martin Smith
Martin has extensive experience of transitioning work to offshore locations as he worked with Roy in the setup and initiation of WNS. Martin has more recently worked with a number of Magellan's clients in helping them start on their outsourcing journeys.

Liz Knight
A recent addition to strengthen the Magellan Team, Liz is a trained lawyer both in South Africa and the UK and has extensive experience of law firms and the challenges they face. This is not only limited to the back-office side, but also the fee earning elements.
