David Loseby - (MCIOB, FCMI, MAPM, MSC & FCIPS) - an experienced Change Programme Director as well as enjoying a separate career as a Procurement Director both in the UK and overseas. He has worked for many FTSE 100 companies as well as medium enterprises setting up programmes that deliver real value, including tangible bottom line savings and a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS is the largest professional body of its kind globally).

Melvin Berwald - is the Managing Partner of PCB Lawyers LLP. He started the firm then known as Crawfords Berwald with his partners in 1983. Since then he has specialised in investment property, dealing with all legal aspects relating to purchases, sales, tenancies, mortgaging and taxation of property investments. Melvin holds a non-executive directorship of an international bank and is a pioneer in the legal services industry having successfully used offshore secretarial services since 2004, Melvin believes strongly that professionals must be ready to recognise which areas of their work are fundamentally process and which require specialist skills.
