TFB are delighted to announce the dates for the 5th annual TFB User Conference. The conference will be focusing on the theme of 'Preparing for the Upturn' concentrating on how you can achieve efficiencies now via your case and practice management system reducing the need to invest in unnecessary resources as the market strengthens.

NEW FEATURES FOR 2009!

TFB Support Clinic
We have introduced the TFB Support Clinic after feedback from last year's National Conference and this year's regional meetings. Users will be able to speak directly with members of TFB's support team taking advantage of one-to-one support there and then. There will be representatives from the Applications, Accounts and Technical support teams so whatever query you may have, help will be on hand.

The support time given at the conference is complimentary and has no relation to your firm's maintenance contract however they can only deal with minor queries and any major issues will need to be submitted through the usual channels via phoning the helpdesk or through the Client Portal.

TFB Client Awards
Leading legal commentator and editor of the Legal Technology Insider, Charles Christian, will be hosting the first TFB Client Awards ceremony which will be held after the black tie dinner on the first day. The awards are designed to recognise clients who have made a significant contribution to TFB and Partner for Windows community.

Partner Bingo
Delegates attending this year will be eligible to win an Apple iPhone by participating in the Partner Bingo scheme. Simply get your bingo card stamped by all the exhibitors and enter into the prize draw. Winners will be announced on the 30th November 2009.
