DMJ Finance is a specialist Legal Finance Agency. We focus on placing finance staff from law firms into law firms and work with candidates and clients from both major UK and US international firms as well as regional outfits.

We cover all areas of Finance ranging from Legal Cashiers, Billers and Transactional staff through to Part Qualified and Qualified Accountants. Furthermore, we also place and recruit Financial Controllers, Finance Directors and with the impact of the Legal Services Act most recently, COO’s.

Outside of the day to day recruitment DMJ FINANCE also leads industry seminars in conjunction with well-known firms in the market. Most recently we have built a seminar in conjunction with Crowe Clark Whitehill on ‘COLP-COFA: Who are they and what do they do?’. We are also in the process of organising a seminar upon Diversity in Law Firms in conjunction with a well-known US Firm.
