Ashfords plans London expansion through Rochman merger

Exeter firm Ashfords and Central London’s Rochman Landau have confirmed that they are in merger talks.

According to the parties, the talks have reached an advanced stage with both sides expected to make a decision in the coming weeks.

In a statement, Ashfords’ chairman Simon Rous said: “We’re close to agreeing terms – nothing is certain but if the deal does go through then it will strengthen our profile both in the capital and internationally.”
