IntApp expands UK team with appointment of legal expert Sam Suri

IntApp, Inc., provider of the most-adopted confidentiality management and information barriers software for law firms, today announced that Sam Suri has joined the company as Director of Product Strategy.

She brings significant legal industry risk management and technology expertise to IntApp. Previously, she was a director and founder of It Matters Consulting. In that capacity, she advised global, European and UK law firms on change management, information risk management and compliance issues.

Sam has also been called upon to advise legal governing bodies, including the Law Society of England & Wales, on the regulatory issues involved in the use of technology in risk management and the advancement of industry standards.

Prior to working as a consultant, she was a corporate lawyer at Allen & Overy LLP. There she was involved in a broad range of corporate work, before focusing on enhancing internal firm working practices and business processes re-architecture.

A recognised and active participant in the legal industry, she has presented to legal, regulatory and IT audiences on a number of risk and technology issues internationally, and has written articles on the use of technology and the SRA Code of Conduct, managing risk during the document lifecycle, and the management of client matter information.
