Law Society calls for evidence on consultation periods for collective redundancies and TUPE

The Law Society has highlighted the potentially damaging effect on workplace relations of reducing the minimum consultation periods for collective redundancies. We also believe that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 require more clarification and guidance.
