CHEQUE PRINTING - HOW SECURE ARE YOU?

How secure is your in-house cheque printing, and process for payments?  

Are your cheques hand signed, or are you using pre-printed Cheque paper?  Both of these options are costly is terms of time and consumables wastage.

Premiercheque+

Unique in its utilization of the very latest 64 bit technology, and MICR printers, this solution provides you with the most cost effective environment for your cheque production.  The software fully integrates with your existing accounting software package, and so there are no changes in the way you check and generate your payments.  The cheques with this solution are generated from blank but highly secure cheque stationary and then personalized with all the relevant information and a digitally encrypted signature at the point of printing.

The Printers

Hague supply APACS* approved MICR printers, based on Hewlett Packard hardware.  They produce the highest print quality, and the MICR toner has the best adhesion for cheque stationary.  The machines are capable of printing up to 55 pages per minute.  They include operational and physical security to enhance the security and efficiency of cheque printing.  There is a choice of printers available to you.
