Legal Aid Biller (Criminal)
A Legal Aid Criminal Biller has distinctly different skills to that of a counter-part in a non-publicly funded environment.   The Legal Aid Biller will normally have a thorough understanding of the Legal Services Commission and the regulatory and compliance requirements surrounding the completion of bills.   Whilst Criminal Billing can be orientated towards form filling there are many advantages to having an experienced biller in this area.   Would normally expect an individual to possess 2-8 years experience.  Click here for the Job Specification.
