The Practice Manager is a fundamentally vital role in the efficient running of a small to medium sized practice.   Often a Practice Manager will have a wide remit in the firm to include Accounting, IT/Systems, Human Resources, Marketing & Administration.   These individual benefits from a Legal background and understanding compliance and regulatory requirements alongside the intricacies of managing a successful practice.   Would normally expect an individual to possess 10+ years experience.  (Job Spec available soon)
