The Law Society's Guide Online contains the text of The Guide to the Professional Conduct of Solicitors 1999 (eighth edition).

Important: Before using Guide Online, it is essential that you check Read this first for information on recent updates.

The Guide Online includes the full text of Solicitors' Accounts Rules 1998 in Annex 28B.  A pdf of the Solicitors' Accounts Rules can be easily downloaded here.

The Solicitors Accounts Regulations 2001 (Statutory Instrument No.421 of 2001) and an amendment to the regulations, Solicitors Accounts (Amendment) Regulations 2005 (Statutory Instrument No.719 of 2005) can be found using the links provided.

Also available are the Solicitors (Interest on Client Monies) Regulations 2004 (Statutory Instrument No.372 of 2004).
