A study commissioned by Cascade HR has revealed the topics most likely to keep Human Resources professionals awake at night in 2018.

Employee engagement topped the list of upcoming challenges for 44% of the 447 participants, followed by staff retention (36%). Absence management and recruitment came in as the joint third biggest worry for 33% of respondents, with succession planning in fifth place (26%).

It has once again been a challenging year for the world of Human Resources. However, as HR teams reflect on 2017, what have been the stand-out achievements for the industry?
