Desktop Support Analyst
£35-£40,000 + benefits
Desktop Support required for the London office of an international Law Firm. As a Deskside Support Analyst you will work alongside 4 analysts looking after 350 users. You'll be responsible for all IT support needs, resolving issues escalated from the 1 st and 2 nd line team in regards to applications, desktop build and configuration, and back end applications administration.
* Investigating and resolving technical support queries spanning desktop hardware and applications
* Configuring and deploying applications
Senior Network Support Analyst - Cisco
Senior Network Analyst / Engineer required by leading international professional services firm. Working in the 3rd / 4th line technology team you will provide support, technical expertise, and project design work on the data network including routing, switching, firewalls and security for their Cisco based networks.
