How are you coping with the requirements of costs budgeting?

Hi Andrew, we've been helping some of our clients with this. Phase and task billing has been around for some time in the world of ebilling. This is just another twist on existing formats such as LEDES. Does your PMS support Ledes? If not you may find that you will need to export your time rows on a matter to excel and add the extra data or make some clever use of activity codes in order to record the analysis. As for disbursements, this is more difficult. I have suggested to the committee that recording a phase against every photocopy, taxi fare or courier is going to be impractical
