Driving service and cost efficiencies through effective records management
Intelligent Office began delivering services to HBJ Gateley’s Edinburgh office in October 2002. Since then our offering has grown considerably, from providing file and document management services at contract commencement to now delivering a full range of front of house and hospitality solutions in the firm’s Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.
In spring 2009 we were also awarded the contract to manage the administration services for the Claim Solutions arm of the business, which means that we now provide services to all three of the firm’s Scottish offices, with a total of 225 client staff.
