IT Trainer - Accounting Firm

IT Trainer sought for a 600-user top 20 nationwide Accountancy firm with 7 offices, including Bristol, Manchester, and London. They take pride in delivering exceptional client service, and offering their team members exciting, challenging and rewarding career paths.

The Role

The IT Trainer will join a newly formed training team, developing a broad suite of new training courses and materials to be delivered through online & e-learning tools (WebEx, Captivate, Camtasia etc), self-help guides, and traditional classroom and 1:1 training.

The firm are embarking on a number of projects to upgrade core business applications and systems - each of those projects will have a significant training element. There is also a planned initiative to help people in the firm achieve MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) accreditation.

Working alongside 2 other Trainers you will carry out Training Needs Analysis (TNA), develop new content, QRGs, online modules etc, and then run and deliver training courses.

And You

The ideal person for this role will have experience preparing and delivering IT and Technology Training in a corporate environment, especially within Accounting, Legal, or Insurance firms.

You'll be passionate about training and helping people develop their skills. This is a great chance to join a green-field training environment and offer the firm's users a great new set of training materials and tools.

You should have particularly strong training experience involving Microsoft Office up to 2016. Experience taking people through the MOS programme is highly desirable.
