Rare opportunity for a driven Legal Cashier to join our client’s busy office in Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will assist and support the accounting team, whilst ensuring compliance at all times.
• Client and office bank reconciliation
• Cheque requests for disbursements
• Processing receipts and cheques
• BACS and CHAPS
• Updating the database
• Petty cash
• Assisting with credit control
• Recording work in progress
• Monitoring invoices
• Maintaining bank account records
• Day end procedures
• Closing down books
• Legal or bank cashiers with a minimum of 1 year’s experience
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• IT proficiency
• Highly organised with a great attention to details
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude
