The challenge: Replacing existing inefficient client extranet
Wright Hassall had been using WorkSite Web Interface to share documents with clients directly from the document management system; however, the system did not contain the tools to allow the firm to provide the level of service clients needed.

Hamilton quickly realised Wright Hassall needed a better solution. “We knew that if we were to keep our clients happy and provide them with the level of service they expected, we needed to look at an alternative solution that had all the tools we needed,” said Hamilton.
