ComXo awarded Platinum Award for Exceptional Switchboard Services
ComXo, leading switchboard provider to Top 100 legal firms has been awarded the Platinum Award of Excellence for the 7th consecutive year.
The accolade, judged and awarded by Genesis Communications, a company specialising in telephone call monitoring and mystery shopping of professional services across the UK. Genesis was established in 1989 with the aim of helping businesses maximise the customer impact of their front line communication services.
Genesis counts a large number of top law firms and prominent professional service firms as clients, who all recognise the importance of the telephone as a gateway into their organisation.
The judging criteria is comprehensive and the monitoring intense; mystery shoppers test the call quality at various times of day, including out of hours. A Platinum award can only be achieved if the standards are consistently high over the course of the whole year.
In 2015 once again the ComXo switchboard, who has been monitored by Genesis since 2009, received the highly acclaimed Platinum award in recognition of sustaining the highest standards in telephony skills for response time, call greeting and call handling.
Thus being a record 7th Platinum award of which the company is extremely proud.
