Moneypenny US expands its new state-of-the-art offices in Charleston

Moneypenny is pleased to announce it has expanded into a new, state-of-the-art facility in Charleston, South Carolina, and has ambitious plans for year-on-year growth in the US.

In addition to doubling the size of its current facility, the world’s leading provider of telephone answering and live chat solutions is planning to double the size of its team this year.

Charlotte Glover, Moneypenny’s Director of Operations in the US, said: “We are looking forward to expanding our Moneypenny team here in Charleston. All of our clients have a dedicated professional receptionist who answers calls for them so they can confidently focus on their own business. We have also recently launched outsourced live chat for businesses to the US market. Live chat is a fast-growing area – we’re not surprised given that on average 40% of chats result in a new business enquiry.”
