Peppermint Technology responds to changes announced by the Legal Services Board

Peppermint Technology has enhanced its CX product to support clients after amendments by the Legal Services Board (LSB) to simplify regulation and increase consumer choice in the legal market.

Earlier this month, the LSB approved the changes to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) handbook in respect of its Looking to the Future reforms.

In anticipation of this move, Peppermint’s CX product will be able to support compliance in a clear and easy to use way, so that users can adapt their processes quickly and with minimal disruption. Customers will benefit from these changes in the upcoming product release available in January.
