Peppermint CX features include:

Tony Cox, chief sales officer at Peppermint, said: “Being on G-Cloud helps us reach public sector clients who will be able to benefit from the advantages our software offers.
“Our legal platform, based on Microsoft Dynamics, aligns with the public sector strategy of adopting cloud-based solutions.
“Being Microsoft, it natively operates with all other Microsoft applications that public sector customers are already using.”
“By using the framework, clients will also be able to access our technology more easily, which aligns with our business-wide customer-centric approach.
“As a company, we are continuing to grow and innovate. We have worked hard to complete the rigorous application process to join the digital marketplace and we look forward to building new relationships through it.”
