Tikit mid-market support team: 2015 in numbers

Tikit’s mid-market support team consists of 16 staff led by Miles Osborne. The department is split into four different areas; Technical Support, Applications Support, Accounts Support and Admin/ Management. 

Over the past year the team has gone from strength to strength.  They have achieved ISO 9001: 2008 accreditation for the sixth year in a row. This has meant that not only have they managed to cut their initial response time to just over one hour, they have achieved a 96.9% overall client satisfaction rating for the last year.  See the rest of the team’s impressive stats in the infographic below.
