Appointment and promotion for Quill duo
Manchester headquartered software and outsourcing service provider to the legal sector, Quill, has appointed seasoned business development and sales executive, Jo Poole, to its accounts management team.
As regional sales consultant for the South East, Jo has assumed responsibility for both existing clients and prospective clients based in this area, involving additional and new product sales respectively.
Jo brings with her 21 years’ sales experience, 16 of which have been spent in the legal industry for various software suppliers, and a host of achievement recognition awards.
Julian Bryan, Quill’s managing director, comments: “With her impressive and unquestionable track record, Jo will be a huge asset to Quill and our clients. She knows the sector inside out, and understands the idiosyncrasies and challenges of the modern-day legal practice. She’s ideally placed to advise our software and service users on the most suitable mix of products to achieve their commercial goals. We’re very lucky to have her on board.”
Jo explains: “I’m excited about joining Quill, a well-known and well-liked supplier to the legal profession. As an innovative company, its product portfolio is constantly enhanced and expanded in order to meet market demands. As sales consultant, it’s my role to help practices keep up-to-date with software and service developments, and choose the combination best suited to them.”
Jo’s appointment has come about as a result of the promotion of existing regional sales consultant, Clare Tuck, to the just-formed position of client relationship manager. Clare’s new duties involve building relationships between all stakeholders to the business for the ultimate purpose of creating a stronger client-centric, people-focused culture.
Julian adds: “Clare already knows many of our clients, having been with Quill for the past 23 years. This is a great starting point in her new post as she’ll now effectively become the primary contact between Quill and our customers. With Clare’s input, we can further tighten that bond and keep developing our solutions as clients dictate. We wish both Clare and Jo good luck in their new jobs.”
