Because of our incredible clients and our exceptional team, the last several years have been a period of phenomenal growth for HBR. We grew from 120 employees at the end of 2015 to more than 300 at the end of 2018. Our revenue has grown proportionately – by 157% in the same period. This week HBR was recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies, one of the few select consulting firms with a combination of significant revenue and year-over-year growth.
We look forward to further growth as the depth and breadth of our services continue to evolve. For example, we advise clients on their innovation strategies and supporting infrastructure. We have built a digital strategy and analytics team to help our clients best use those tools to make data-based assessments and decisions. We continue to deepen our bench of support in all areas of legal operations and related functions, from sourcing decisions to technology implementations through the lifecycle of matters and portfolios. We are guiding clients as they deal with increasingly important data privacy and protection issues. We are helping our clients strategically leverage the IT function through advisory and managed services, to more nimbly support and improve the delivery of legal services. We provide industry-leading benchmarking to help our clients assess opportunities and highly regarded thought leadership to inform them regarding industry developments.
