What is Law Firm standard for Video Conferencing and Guest Services?

I am looking to compare our Video Conferencing suite and services we offer our clients in comparison to what other law firms have as standard. Any information much appreciated, even it is just a simple list of what you have available.

Prior to joining my current organization (Litera), I spent three years managing videoconferencing and AV at Sidley Austin. In talking with other law firms, three "standards" arose. Tandberg/Cisco (what we used at Sidley), Polycom, and Life Size. As of two years ago, many firms still used standard definition videoconferencing, although high definition was emerging as the new standard. The majority of large law firms also operated their own video bridges (with Codian leading the way). I would be happy to discuss this with you further.
Afternoon Annette, Hope all is well. I'm a bit late in spotting your question apologies... Should it still be of interest however Logicalis provides videoconferencing solutions and services for several leading international law firms. I would be delighted to meet with you and share our recommendations and expertise. We are now also working with firms to help automate the front of house experience and make the booking and set-up process for both AV and VC suites a much more user friendly experience. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you are still exploring options. Many thanks Stuart Lewis Account Manager - Legal Logicalis UK stuart.lewis@uk.logicalis.com
We use R-HUB desktop video conferencing servers for all our video conferencing needs. It works well.
We recommend taking a look at some of the new "Skype for Business" enabled video conferencing systems. These use Skype for Business as the video conferencing engine and are hence very cost effective. We've just rolled ours out and are very happy with it. It even has wireless screen sharing, so we can present our laptop screens in the conference without any wires!
CI-Connect Ltd - Lifesize cloud is a service that meets most needs for meeting rooms, desktop, mobile and remote users, full compatibility with Skype for business as well as Polycom and Cisco.
