Peregrine Cloud implements NetDocuments pdfDocs and compareDocs for GQ Employment Law
Peregrine Cloud implements NetDocuments pdfDocs and compareDocs for GQ Employment Law LLP. NetDocuments, Docscorp and Peregrine Cloud announced today that London, UK-based law firm, GQ Employment Law LLP has completed the deployment of NetDocuments, the leading native cloud document and email management system (DMS) for law firms and corporate legal departments, the Docscorp pdfDocs PDF creation and editing software, and the Docscorp compareDocs document comparison software. In doing so, the firm has continued to enhance its commitment to client service, technology innovation, secure mobile-working and a modern, flexible and scalable cloud-first strategy.
Peregrine Cloud, who are experts in implementing both NetDocuments and Docscorp solutions, completed the implementation for the firm. Peregrine Cloud has been a Certified NetDocuments implementation partner and Docscorp certified reseller partner since June 2013, during which time we have completed many implementations for law firms and legal departments of commercial companies. Tony Foy, Managing Director commented “Peregrine Cloud are experts in DMS and document production software implementation, training and support, having worked for the last 18+ years with different Document Management, Practice Management and document production technologies. With the experience gained in the last 3+ years implementing the NetDocuments cloud-based service and Docscorp document production solutions, we had all the relevant skills and expertise required to complete this project. In addition to implementing NetDocuments and the Docscorp software, the project involved the integration of the firm’s practice management system and the migration of many thousands of documents from its legacy document management system, at the same time preserving the client-matter references attached to the documents – a technically challenging task. We are very happy to have completed this project on-budget and on-time, having provided all implementation services, including project management, technical implementation and integration, document migration, training and on-site floor-walking support on go-live, as well as providing ongoing application support since then.”
Steve Moulton, NetDocuments Global Partner Program Manager commented, “Peregrine Cloud is one of our most respected partners in the UK/EMEA region. As a Certified NetDocuments Partner, Peregrine Cloud is trained and knowledgeable in all aspects of selling and deploying the NetDocuments service for new customer sites or existing customers’ ongoing projects and training. We were thrilled to hear that Peregrine Cloud took the project lead with this prospective client as we knew they would be in safe hands.”
Ben Mitchell, Vice President EMEA at DocsCorp commented “We have been working with the team at Peregrine Cloud for several years now and their understanding of our solutions and the business problems they solve is a great asset. Peregrine go beyond simply being an implementation partner to provide high quality business consultancy that delivers real value to our mutual customers.”
The customer view
Jon Gilligan, Partner at GQ Employment Law LLP said “Following the significant growth of the firm over recent years, we felt that our previous IT infrastructure needed to be upgraded. Dissatisfied with the various ‘all-in-one’ solutions on the market we decided to select the best in class systems and software. We also needed a solution that would enable us to work from any location. NetDocuments, with its reputation as the leading cloud-based document and email management system, immediately appealed to us. Its ability to integrate with CompareDocs and pdfDocs as well as our practice management system was a huge plus point. Having settled on the software that would enhance our practice we needed someone to help us implement the change. Peregrine Cloud were exactly what we needed – they went above and beyond to ensure that everything went live on time and on budget and their support since implementation has been invaluable.”
