Lexis Visualfiles 2014 adds new business insight capability with KPIs
Visualfiles 2014 KPIs is the first in a planned series of analytics and reporting functionality
Lexis Visualfiles 2014 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is one of a number of enhancements in the latest release of the next generation legal workflow and case management system, Lexis Visualfiles 2014, from LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions. It sees the introduction of a new, interactive, out-of-the-box and ready-to-use analytics capability. Visualfiles 2014 KPIs provide dynamic dashboards with drill-down charts offering snapshots of critical management information in areas such as time analysis, team and individual performance, matter lifecycle and client profitability.
This KPIs functionality in Visualfiles 2014 is the first in a series of significant analytics and reporting features that are planned for introduction over the course of this year.
“Real-time visibility of key metrics is a fundamental commercial requirement in today’s market environment,” commented Nigel Williams, Visualfiles product manager at LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions. “This new KPIs functionality is simple to use and yet powerful in the analysis it provides to the business in support of timely decision making. This is the first offering in a planned Visualfiles analytics series – we have a well-outlined roadmap to evolve this functionality in Visualfiles 2014. As promised, we are continuing to advance the Visualfiles platform in tune with the most current requirements of customers. 2015 will be another exciting year for the solution as several new enhancements unfold.”
