Pact advocate implements Repstor's Custodian for Legal in just 10 days

Transform Data International today announced that Custodian for Legal has been chosen by Pact advocaten as its document, email and knowledge management system.

Pact advocaten greatly values end user adoption and the security of its customer data. The firm has been using Office 365 for several years and was looking for a solution to improve end-user adoption. As Custodian for Legal seamlessly integrates with Office 365, Pact advocaten is now taking full advantage of its advanced functionality designed for the legal market such as matter management, document and email-management, collaboration, archiving and knowledge management.

Implementation began early October and was finished within 10 days. All Pact employees are using the new solution daily.

Custodian for Legal is a collaboration and document management solution, based on the Repstor product suite. It utilises the powerful and familiar interface of Microsoft Outlook and other Office applications to ensure the highest level of user-adoption. Custodian for Legal is used worldwide by law firms and corporate legal departments including Boels Zanders, Morris Law, KANA, Eversheds Sutherland & Gunnercooke.

Rob Kubben, managing partner at Transform Data said: “We are delighted to welcome Pact advocaten to our customer base. It is particularly gratifying to have successfully implemented custodian for legal in such a remarkably short timeframe – 10 days!” This is down to our new ‘out of the box’ implementation approach which means systems are implemented in days rather than weeks.”

Maarten Klaassen, Lawyer at Pact advocaten added: “In order to keep delivering the best service to our clients, we like to invest in IT solutions that allow us to work more efficiently and serve our clients faster.
The combination of advanced search capabilities, ease of access to knowhow libraries and matter management within the familiar interface of Outlook, allows us to deliver even better service to our clients.”
