A new generation platform that uses Generative AI to revolutionise legal workflows, streamline processes and increase efficiency will be unveiled next month when Sysero, the leading Knowledge Management and Workflow system, unveils a “game changer” for law firms.
Legal professionals meeting at a seminar in Stockholm in May will be joined by clients throughout the UK and Europe via webinar, to be given a sneak peak of how advanced features and capabilities of Sysero 3.0 Agentic can help them stay ahead in the rapidly evolving legal industry.
The product – hailed as the ultimate workflow platform – represents a significant advancement in knowledge management, workflow and document automation by leveraging the latest in technical architecture to deliver powerful AI assisted search and workflow automation.
“Sysero 3.0 Agentic allows firms to benefit from the current wave of AI technologies to utilise their unique institutional knowledge to generate exceptionally accurate content and provide automated agents to manage highly complex legal and business tasks,” says Phil Ayton, chief product officer of Sysero. Details will be unveiled at a webinar/seminar hosted by leading Scandinavian law firm Vinge from their Stockholm HQ on Wednesday May 7.
Unlike public facing AI systems, Sysero 3.0 Agentic integrates both in house and public data so firms can work on matters with higher accuracy. As well as being able to use AI services from Open AI and others, Sysero 3.0 Agentic will be able to offer a private service that ensures their data never leaves their in-house or private cloud environments.
Built on the back of Sysero 2.5 Cogent, which is used by dozens of mid-size law firms across the UK, Europe and the US, Sysero 3.0 Agentic uses a classification engine that understands concepts.
During the seminar, legal professionals can learn how Sysero 3.0 Agentic can offer: –
- Internal support with a legal virtual assistant
- Client facing chatbot offering support to clients about steps involved in a legal process
- Enhanced Workflow and Document Automation
Sysero’s integration with commercial LLM’s enables the system to combine document automation and AI to create complex legal documents by analysing user inputs and retrieving relevant clauses from the document repository. For law firms, the key benefits are accuracy and consistency, increased efficiency, enhanced security and client satisfaction.
More than 20 Sysero customers, representing over 6,000 Sysero users, have already signed up for the seminar which is being held at the offices of Vigne in Stockholm on Wednesday May 7 from 14.30 to 1600 CET.
