DWF is a leading global provider of integrated legal and business services. Ahead of their appearance at the 2025 Legal Geek conference, they asked us to develop a distinctive and engaging stand design that showcased their legal operations expertise, specifically their use of innovation, AI technologies, and human collaboration.

The goal was to create a stand that would attract delegates, spark conversations about how DWF is reshaping the legal services landscape, and visually reinforce their belief in “keeping humans in the loop” within an increasingly AI-driven environment.

The Challenge

𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗴/𝗛𝗦𝗕𝗖 𝗨𝗞 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁

DWF needed a cohesive, high-impact visual identity for their exhibition stand, one that immediately communicated their commitment to delivering transformative, AI-powered legal operations. The design had to strike a careful balance: bold enough to be eye-catching, yet human-centred and approachable. It also needed to work seamlessly across multiple stand panels and digital touchpoints, all while staying true to DWF’s distinctive rubine red brand.

The Solution

We centred our approach on creating a unified visual experience that combined strong brand presence with subtle technological cues. Using DWF’s rubine red as the foundation, we introduced flowing, AI-inspired linework to reflect digital connectivity and human interaction.

Each element of the stand played a clear role:

  • Wall 1: Highlighted DWF’s Legal Operations services using an icon-led layout and a QR code for quick engagement.
  • Wall 2: Served as the hero backdrop with the message “Redefining legal innovation” supported by bold, tech-inspired artwork.
  • Walls 3 and 4: Featured the gradient and repeating logo motif to maintain continuity across the space.
  • Desk graphic: Acted as a clean, branded focal point at the centre of the stand.

To extend the campaign beyond the physical environment, we developed a hero image for wider promotional use and a screensaver GIF that echoed the stand’s visual language through animated linework, creating a cohesive connection between digital and on-site experiences.

The Result

The final campaign delivered a cohesive and high-impact stand presence that positioned DWF as a leader in human-centred legal innovation. The combination of static and animated elements created a distinctive, memorable experience that stood out on a busy exhibition floor.

Consistent use of the brand’s colour palette and graphic style across all assets ensured a modern, confident tone. The design clearly communicated DWF’s “human-in-the-loop” message and elevated their visibility at one of the legal sector’s most prominent events.
