Bott & Co are a Wilmslow based legal claims firm founded in 2001 and listed in The Lawyer’s Top 200 Law Firms in the UK. With over 100 employees, their services cover personal injury, flight delay and mis-sold car finance claims, largely on a “no win, no fee” basis. Bott & Co handle thousands of cases annually and have recovered over £83m in compensation for their flight delay clients.
Challenge
- Bott & Co were using Adobe for eSignatures but found it wasn’t compatible with their workflows.
- They needed a mechanism to collect data from a dynamic, mobile-friendly client information form and automatically process the responses through an API.
- They were looking for an integrated solution that would work with their existing case management system (CMS)
- They found that other eSignature platforms, like Docusign, were not only expensive, but not geared to volume
Solution
- VSiD integrated its solution for eSignatures and dynamic fillable forms into Bott & Co’s Visualfiles CMS using easy RESTful API
- The implementation process was straightforward and the new solutions were ready to use within 8 weeks from initial discussions.
- A library of HTML SmartForms were created enabling data to be captured and populated into the CMS
