The brief: Turning powerful research into visible action
As Linklaters’ global design agency of choice, Epigram was brought in to help shape the launch of a landmark report exploring how artificial intelligence is impacting women in the legal profession. The firm had partnered with a leading academic institution to conduct the research and needed to ensure it reached the right audiences, sparked meaningful conversations, and had long-term impact.
The project needed more than just a visual polish. It required a cohesive, engaging communications toolkit that would support internal engagement, external visibility, and regional activation across Linklaters’ global network.

We worked closely with the Linklaters marketing team to create a visual identity for the initiative that was bold, modern and distinctive, while remaining fully aligned with the firm’s overarching brand.
The assets were designed for long-term use and easy replication, helping regional teams adapt and share content in a consistent way without needing additional design support.
Key deliverables included:
- A branded, animated hero presentation deck for the launch and future speaking opportunities
- A suite of social media templates (static and animated) optimised for LinkedIn and internal channels
- Editable report templates for follow-up summaries and publications
- A tailored set of branded visual elements to reinforce the campaign’s identity and support ongoing content creation.
