Having used an aging records management system for years, Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, LLP sought a cutting-edge modern replacement that would integrate with its newer document management NetDocuments, and accounting system to deliver a seamless user experience.
It also wanted to customize its new system according to the firm’s unique requirements. In other words, it didn’t want to be constrained by a preset structure or terminology when setting up the firm’s file system. Instead, it wanted to users to be able to define terms and locations based on the firm’s unique locations map, parent/child relationship structure, etc.
