They engaged iTrain to support them in their roll out to their offices globally. The training was to be conducted remotely in conjunction with the IT Support teams delivering the equipment to Squire Patton Boggs’ people.

iTrain provided on-site support as users received their new equipment and were familiarizing themselves with the new Windows Desktop.

The Solution:

  • iTrain trained the majority of Squire Patton Boggs’ people using remote training delivery technology.
  • Delegates were trained in small groups to allow interactivity and facilitate participation.
  • The training sessions were around 60 minutes in length and enabled delegates to feel confident to get up and running with their new technology and environments.
  • The rollout was designed to target specific regions at the same time so that it coincided with the equipment delivery and allowed delegates to learn together and assist one another.
  • All training was delivered to time and utilized iTrain’s expertise in remote delivery techniques.

The Results:
The new desktop and equipment was successfully rolled out across the business and has been adopted extremely well.
