Actions: Emailed as many of the contacts that a 100-person law firm had as part of a Spring Clean of their database.

We asked the contacts to check and update their own details โ€“ and indicate their legal interests.

A number of good leads came from this, one that stood out was a reply saying โ€œIโ€™ve been trying to sort out my fatherโ€™s probate for 9 yearsโ€ฆ.โ€ A great lead for their private client department, simply from checking their contactโ€™s details.

Result: Plenty of leads, including one that stood out as โ€œIโ€™ve been trying to sort my Fatherโ€™s probate for nine yearsโ€ an immediate notification to the private client team!
