What has the service and experience been like with Payescape- An absolutely brilliant service and experience. Each and every member of staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. They have removed an additional stress from our job, particularly when we furloughed some of our staff last year.
Comment on 1 feature you like? The telephone personal service. The portal system is brilliant and means that I can submit the payroll or obtain payroll information at any time, but I love that if I have a query that is easier explained by phone than perhaps in an email, I can phone Payescape and I will be met with a welcoming voice that will answer my query.
Outcomes of being with Payescape? First and foremost the peace of mind of knowing that the payroll is being dealt with correctly by trained people. Secondly, the partners in our firm have neither the knowledge nor the time to deal with payroll and therefore an assigned member of staff had been dealing with it. Again that member of staff was then being taken away from their core work in order to complete the payroll, including pension contributions, which was not an effective use of their time. Payescape also provided us with assistance regarding Furlough pay, which again dealt with an additional stress, particularly when we were working with reduced staff. Payescape provide a brilliant service and have saved our firm both time and money.
