Webber Wentzel and sa.global go live on time and on budget with fully remote, fast-track Microsoft Dynamics 365 from sa.global

Webber Wentzel, a leading African law firm, has announced its successful go-live with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, delivered by leading Microsoft Gold Partner and legal solutions specialist sa.global.

Headquartered in Johannesburg, with a team of more than 340 fee earners, serving major clients across multiple jurisdictions and sectors, Webber Wentzel required the new Dynamics CRM solution to strengthen and serve its extensive client relationships. Webber Wentzel was a greenfield CRM customer with no existing CRM applications.

Already fully committed to a Microsoft cloud-first strategy, Webber Wentzel selected sa.global’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution against other legal CRM solutions. sa.global was selected as the implementation partner because of the company’s unique combination of legal expertise, exclusive Microsoft Dynamics consulting focus, and global coverage.

Webber Wentzel’s objective with sa.global was to put in place processes that would facilitate co-ordinated client engagements and promote a seamless experience for their clients. The sa.global Dynamics 365 legal solution is under-pinned with automated contact population and relationship intelligence to help them achieve this.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 has been deployed to over 60 core users and will be extended to all 340 lawyers to provide them with up-to-date and comprehensive intelligence on their client relationships and new business opportunities.

The sa.global legal Dynamics solution with extensive pre-configured legal functionality allowed a fast-track delivery with fine-tuning of firm specific requirements to track and report on progress against new business opportunities. The entire project was run remotely, from sales to successful go-live on the target date.
