We had a great time at NetDocuments Inspire Conference 2022 in London on November 2nd.
As the owners of the 2 leading mid-market practice and case management (PCMS) Solutions, P4W and ALB, we are regularly asked “how can I continue to use PCMS for workflow but still have the flexibility of a cloud based DMS?.
We have worked strategically with NetDocuments for many years and were increasingly seeing our PCMS customers wanting and needing the capability of the market leading cloud based DMS solution, NetDocuments. The traditional way of direct integration was going to compromise functionality in either the PCMS or the DMS and therefore a different, middleware, approach was needed.
Advanced turned to legal development and integration specialists Xperate and we are delighted to announce that after numerous sessions on the whiteboard and various prototypes, we are pleased to be able to showcase our approach at NetDocuments’s Inspire conference.
The innovative approach allows users to continue to use all of their templates in either P4W or ALB, merging all of the data, just as they do now, with all of the documents created as a result being stored in the cloud. It really is the perfect solution for firms wanting the best of both worlds.
Whilst basic integrations have existed for years, this solution, exclusively available for P4W and ALB customers through Advanced provides a level of functionality that hasn’t been available until now.
