Hamlins LLP invest in Linetime’s Liberate software

Linetime is pleased to announce the signing of London firm Hamlins LLP for its Liberate software to be used across all departments. The project will involve the implementation of practice management, CRM and business intelligence. Hamlins, who have recently been nominated as medium law firm of the year in the Law Society Excellence Awards, see Liberate as a key element of its continuing investment in the growth and infrastructure of its business.

Jamie Smith, head of IT at Hamlins commented. “We are excited to be implementing Liberate.  It will transform our business model, drive efficiencies, assist our risk management and provide quality MI, both for the firm and for our clients. We were encouraged by the maturity of the product and clear evidence of Linetime’s close engagement with their customers. It was also important for us to understand where Linetime intend to take their system in the future. Throughout the tender process we were given a full understanding of their road map deliverables, providing us with the knowledge we are committing, not only to a leading Practice Management System, but also to embedding a long term relationship into our business.”

Phil Snee, development director at Linetime, also commented. “We are delighted that Hamlins LLP has recognised the power and flexibility of the Liberate system and look forward to assisting the firm in achieving its objectives. We also believe that following the in depth references and due diligence performed by the team at Hamlins, this contract represents a further endorsement of our track record in delivering successful projects.”
