Jonas Software acquires RBRO Solutions to expand global legal iManage functional practice
Jonas Software (“Jonas”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of RBRO Solutions Inc. (“RBRO”). A leading web-based document and email management provider for the legal and financial industries, RBRO delivers secure, compliant cloud and IT solutions focused on legal and professional services. Jonas is an operating group of Constellation Software, Inc. (CSI), a public company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (CSU.TO).
