Minisoft releases new version of its flagship ARCS3 Collections software

Minisoft Inc today announced the release of ARCS 3.8. These exciting enhancements and features have been added and released in time to kickstart 2021 for all ARCS users, most of the new tools are customers’ requests from Minisoft’s global firm network.

Key focus points in this release are improving overall workflow efficiency in ARCS3, faster access to critical information & reducing repetitive or manual tasks. Enhancements in the Outlook add-in capability now allow users to select multiple account values when exporting & users can now open ARCS email attachment activity in Outlook. This allows emails originally exported from outlook to ARCS to now be forwarded on again, improving the flow of communications. A filter for result codes has also been added in query and reports on the activities tab – to help shorten search times and get your ARCS users moving quickly to the next action item.

Another important area of improvement is enhancing the management and administration of ARCS3 and the ARCS users – new features and reports now allow greater flexibility in reporting analytics on what was collected during a specific date range. There is now greater visibility on who is accessing and using the ARCS application and updates on forgotten password function.

In a continued pivot to enhance WIP functionality and WIP management Minisoft have released some new functions allowing a separate Autoclear variance for WIP & AR plus a master WIP user with all preferences saved – this is just the beginning of a whole wave of new WIP features planned in the ARCS3 product roadmap.
