Minisoft releases new version of its flagship ARCS3 Collections software
Minisoft Inc today announced the release of ARCS 3.7. The exciting enhancements and features added as of 3rd quarter of 2020 are summarized below, most of the new tools are customers’ requests from Minisoft’s global firm network.
One key enhancement is the four newly added Pre-Defined report templates that summarize the matter billing timekeeper portion of their client totals. Firms can use the predefined templates as a guide to create their own customized & intuitive reports. In addition, there are two General Query templates to report all accounts that have not been touched in the last 30 days where AR is over 60 days and payment promises coming due in a specific period. All these reports are available as standard with ARCS3 and this latest release version increases the total reporting suite to over 40 reports.
Another key included enhancement is the ability to use a utility to list all folder paths found in all Automatic Processes. This added feature will assist firms to easily and quickly allow each process to be changed to another folder path.
Our new features are geared to help streamline the collections process, access critical account information with greater ease, automate routine tasks and easily report to all necessary stakeholders.
