Oosha launch Digital Workspace for Longmores Solicitors

Delivering an exceptional client service has been a priority for Longmores in their 200 year history and it continues to be important as the firm adopts a more digital approach to working with their clients. Unsurprisingly, the office-based system has become outdated for the requirements of remote working and so the firm is investing in a new cloud based Digital Workspace.

The partnership between Oosha and Longmores started back in February 2021, when Longmores moved their IT support to Oosha to benefit from their specialist knowledge of the legal sector.  Oosha’s relationship with other LawNet firms made them a natural choice based on their track record of providing industry leading support.

With Oosha’s knowledge of IT systems, hosting and migrating they will deliver the launch of the Digital Workspace for Longmores in August 2021.  The Digital Workspace will give the firm more reliable access to their practice management system and business communication tools, such as Microsoft Teams, meaning they will continue to operate to their usual high standards whilst staff work either at home or in the Hertford office.

Wayne Barber, Co-founder at Oosha commented on the partnership with Longmores “We felt a real synergy when meeting the team at Longmores, their hunger to embrace the latest technology to elevate the experience for both their own staff and clients alike was refreshing and we are delighted to have them onboard.”

Su Turley, Head of Operations at Longmores said “the new Digital Workspace will make the firm more efficient and allow us to move forward with a robust digital infrastructure so that we can continue providing a great service into the future”.

Oosha is the leading provider of digital workspaces and managed IT services to the UK legal sector.
