Access Legal: Working from home for legal professionals
Boris Johnson setting out “Plan B” on 8th December has been a stark reminder that we’re still very much battling COVID-19. With the reintroduction of the work from home order, for those who can, from 13th December, we’re revisiting our 2021 Legal Hybrid Work Report.
Surveying over 200 UK legal professionals to ask how they’d like to work, what’s been working well and what could be improved, presented some interesting findings.
70% said they wanted to retain hybrid-working long term, but over 60% say their current technology hinders their productivity when working in this way.
This is just two findings in the report, which demonstrates the gap between employee’s current experiences, and the need for them to be effective and efficient when working in a hybrid fashion.
