Nightly Extract, an available module for BillBlast, is an automated nightly data feed of bill submission statuses and related notes to a storage location on the firm’s network. While the feed will pull data from all invoices in BillBlast regardless of the bill method, firms get the most information from bills managed within the Email and eBill modules. This data includes notes, statuses, and invoice level deductions with their aggregated summaries by timekeeper and expense code. The Nightly Extract module is incredibly easy to implement and integrate with other solutions and reports. IT teams can incorporate the data from the feed into the firm’s existing reporting within a just a few hours.
