What is the Teams Provisioning feature?
Available to law firms using Handshake, Aderant’s legal knowledge management solution, Teams Provisioning allows users to create and manage teams — including membership, content, and user permissions — based on diverse criteria. To create a team, users simply click a button to generate a request that adheres to the firm’s information governance policy. IT staff can set up rules and templates to automate large requests or allow individual users to request teams from their Teams ecosystem. Handshake Teams Provisioning includes:
- Template and content management,
- Data-driven membership schemes,
- Automated, rules-based team generation, and
- Ongoing team management.
What problem does the Teams Provisioning feature address for Aderant clients?
