James is a Senior Legal Project Manager based in the London office. He is Prince2 qualified, as well as being a Costs Lawyer. He has over 18 years’ experience managing projects and costs within both public and private professional services industry. He was Head of Costs for the Government Legal Department prior to moving into private practice. Through these roles, James has gained expertise in both fees analysis and project design, with a focus on driving efficiency across all types of legal matters. As a member of the litigation technology group, James is familiar with identifying and implementing appropriate legal technology solutions to support clients’ matters.

Jessica G. Gichner
Chief Value & Solutions Officer @Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP

Jessica Gichner is the Chief Value and Solutions Officer at Pillsbury. She leads a team responsible for matter budgeting and monitoring, process improvement, legal project management, knowledge management, technology solutions, litigation support and eDiscovery. She regularly collaborates with the firm’s attorneys to develop solutions that are tailored to meet individual client needs, as well as provide transparency and predictability. Jessica also has experience in matter management, business development coaching, marketing strategy, associate development, attorney staffing, and law firm women’s initiatives. Prior to working in pricing and legal project management, Jessica worked as a partner at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis LLP, where she focused on finance transactions, both as borrower’s counsel and lender’s counsel.
